Your privacy is important to us, all of your information will be used for the purpose of processing your order. Under no circumstances will information be passed on or sold to a third party. All content shown on our website and all social media forums is owned by Andie and Ollie and may not be copied without prior permission directly from Andie and Ollie.

Our products are handmade, using the highest quality materials and supplies available to us. As each piece is handmade, slight differences between products may occur.

It is recommended that all children be supervised by an adult when using our products. When working with wooden products there will be slight imperfections at times. We try our best to keep these imperfections as minimal as possible however we believe this is what makes a handmade piece so unique and individual.

We use couriers to ship our orders. Our turnaround period is 4 weeks plus postage time.

Once your item has been shipped, Andie and Ollie take no responsibility for lost or damaged items. If you are concerned about items being damaged or lost in the post, please get in contact with us to arrange parcel insurance.
Please note: overseas shipments are untracked unless otherwise organised with Andie and Ollie before shipment takes place.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Items will only be refunded if it is found to be faulty or incorrect. If in the event that you have received a faulty item, contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your item and photos will need to be sent to us via email. We may request the item to be returned in order to replace the item/s.
